I want know
what is the difference between
Salary & Wages A/c and
Wages & Salary A/c?
Sir please explain it.

31 January 2011 Both are same meaning only.generally Salary & wages can be treated as Indirect nature , Wages & salary can be treated as Direct expenses( in trading a/c)

31 January 2011 Supporting the view of CMA RK I would like to further add, that-

The first word in the name of a/c shows its own importance.
In Salary & Wages A/c Salary is having importance. Salary Expenses are there, wages expenses may or may not be.

Similar stand can be taken in the case of Wages & Salary A/c.
