03 May 2010 Any amounts paid to salaried employee will be treated as salary income only...TDS will be deducted based on declaration submitted by employee

03 May 2010 Even if the payment is treated as other income / professional receipt by the employee in his return, tax should be deducted u/s 192 only from the gross payment to him.
