07 June 2011 Can somebody please compute a salary of Rs 20000 that i have to pay to my employee. I want maximum cash to be recieved by my employee. Please show all the allowances that i can give as well as tds or professional tax %. I dont want to gv children, medical, attire, journal or the trip allowance. so please somebody help me.
