15 October 2013 if i m provid full detail of salary in salary sheet then it is mandatory to full fill all those info also in form 16....plz rply me...

15 October 2013 but sir when i full fill form 16 and not given full detail of salary then how the income tax department know the basic salary of the emloyee? sir can you tell me your mob. no to ask this query in full manner.

15 October 2013 Even in form no. 16 you have not given any detail that u can take in your return.

There can be mistake in your form no. 16 , but which is your real income that you have to show in your return of income.

15 October 2013 sir actuly d prblm is that my employee get salary from me for apirl to sept. rs 50000/monthe and wanna be to pay minimum tax . and i m not deduct tds from his salary. what the procedure i follow and what my employee????
