while accounting hra, pt, etc to be considered as a indirect exp. or direct exp. as... as I'm considering salary ie. basic in direct exp. weather deductions to be considered in indirect exp or direct exp.???

no reason to distinguish. Give similar treatment to base salary and other portions of the salary.
