A manufacturer uses some work of job work.is he liable to pay service tax or negative list attracts and not liable. and the Service provider of job work is liable to register in STax is required or not if it does job work of that manufacturer of above 10 l

Negative list attracts and not liable for service tax provided the manufacturer pays excise duty including the job work.
