Dear Sir,
As per excise rules need excise registration above 1.5 caror turnover in one firm in manufacturing unit for excise duty
If company turnover is below 1.5 caror then excise duty 12.50% is how to return from excise department.

No need to take registration and duty payment if turnover is below 1.5 crore.
