Sir,
A Pvt. Ltd Co. has not filed their Roc Annual Return from 2009 onwards.
Now they aproaches to me to file their previous returns and take an appointment for F.Y- 2011-12 to make balance sheet .
Previous auditor has made the balance sheet till 31.03.2011. Now my questions are:
Can i accept the appointment for previous Financial year i.e. 2011-12
Can i file the annual returns of last year with my Digital signature.

Yes, you may accept the appointment from back date.
