sir, for a small pvt.ltd. company,
how to file roc annual forms for fin.year 13-14 under old companies act 1956?
aGM was held in time.
my view --> only GNL2 is enought, right?

Yes, with 20B, 23AC and 23ACA as mandatory attachments.

sir, do we digital sign each 20b,23ac,23aca and then attach those in gnl2 or just print those and attached scanned images of 20b,23ac,23aca?

No need to digitally sign the referred forms.

Now MCA says form 20B, 23ACA, 23AC etc would be made
available shortly for filing purposes. Users are requested not to file these forms as attachments with GNL-2 eform.
