Can anyone tell me that if we take note on appointment of KMPs in Board Meeting then we have to file MGT-14 only or MR-1 also.

Thanks for reply.
But in our company CFO & CS is same person and when we file MR-1 for KMPs it is asking for DIR-12 also.
Bt DIR-12 is not accepting CFO & CS as same person as it is asking for PAN No.

DIR-12 is meant for appointment or resignation of Directors only.
CFO is NOT a Director unless separately appointed as one.
