We had increase the Authorized Capital of Pvt. Ltd. Co. So, Please tell me how i treat it whether a capital expenditure or Revenue expenditure.

What is the Journal entry in two case with detail?

22 April 2014 ROC Fees will b treated as filing fees. Hence entry should be:-

Filing Fees Dr
To Bank

i mean wages are open under direct exp. same way filling fees open under what head?

22 April 2014 Yes that I m also saying. I was saying that that amount through which the capital is increased is capital Exp. And the ROC Filing fees is a rev. Exp.

Like ur Cap. increased from 1L to 10L so this 9L will b added to ur capital.

28 April 2014 Respected Sir,
Please tell me last date of payment of vat under punjab for the month of march 14 is 30h april 2014. but we are not able to deposit the tax on due date. plse tell me the rate of interest charged & penality if any applicable.
