the status of a private limited company shows dormant. its obviously beacuse ROC filing has not been done.
How to know uptil what year the ROC returns have been filed ???
and how can we revive the same...suggest.

The company has to e-file form 61. An application supported by an affidavit has to be attached with the said form. MCA will give 21 days time to file the pending returns ,on approval of the said form. On the successful completion of filing of the the pending retuns, status will be changed to 'Active'in the company master data.
