04 January 2012 We have to file form 61 for a company. The current status of the company is Dormant. Will form 61 along with document be filed manually?. If it will be filed online then DIN is not updated.

Can any CS or CA can file form 61 on behalf of company through his log in id.
Kindly suggest.

05 January 2012 Form 61 has to be filed online. Attachments are:-
i) a detailed application.
ii) an affidavit in stamp paper in suuport of the application.
Professionals can file through their log in id.
