04 January 2012 a pvt. company was formed on feb 20 2006.then after nothing has been filed to roc till date.we have just hard copy of company registration certificate only.now we want to revive the company.we don't have the memorandum copy n articles copy filed to the roc so what procedure must be done for geting the memorandum of the company n file all documents from 2006 to 2011????

04 January 2012 Seek the help of a practicing company secretary and obtain a certified copy of the MOA and AOA.
Then seek the service of a practicing chartered accountant to get the accounts of the company audited from 2005-06 financial year onwards.
Then check the status of the company in MCA21. Most probably, the status will be 'dormant'. If so, file e-form 61 and after its approval e -file all the pending returns through MCA website. After successful filing and its approval of the pending returns, the status of the company will be 'active' meaning thereby the company is revived.
