Hi m the director of LTD company last month 2 directors has been changed but they stolen the shares of some investors who where their relatives but did not paid the amount.But those shares certificates has been stolen and these certificates were signed by all directors.But now directors denies to pay the entire amount and also not accepting that they have stolen the shares. in this condition what to do? 1. should go for fresh certificate since they have not paid up the required amount? 2. if company consider to re-issue new duplicate shares while we think original investors has not received the shares. 3. if they have received shares please guide us how we can recover the amount due? 4. is there any option if investors having shares but not paid really. please help us warm regards
