Should there be any gap between "Date of Board of directors' meeting in which Board's report referred
to under section 217 was approved" and "Date of signing of reports on the balance sheet by the auditors"
to under section 217 was approved" and "Date of signing of reports on the balance sheet by the auditors"

It can be same date or a date after the date of signing the balance sheet by the statutory auditors.
