12 December 2010 hey can you help ..
as i want to submit annual return for a company having authorized capital 60lacs so have to fill form 66 (compliance certificate) nd form 20b 23ac 23aca ..
and i m filling for last three years so wht are the charges company can face
nd also can also avail the benedit of CLSS nd Easy Exit Schemes (EES), 2010
plz help

12 December 2010 Fees can be known from https://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/dca/MyMCALogin.do?method=setDefaultProperty&mode=15

CLSS is not in force now. EES,2011 is in force from 1st January,2011 to 31st January 2011.

12 December 2010 Pl see General Circular 6/2010 dated 3/12/2010, if you want to opt for EES,2011.
