Dear Sir,
Kindly let me know whether Form MGT 7 which is required for filing Annual return of company with ROC, requires to be signed by Company Secretary strictly or it can be signed by Auditor Also?

Practicing company secretary has to sign annual return of companies other than 'small companies' and 'one person company'.
