08 August 2013 Greetings Expert!! There is a Pvt ltd company located in mumbai which last conducted activity in f.y 2004-05. Thereafter company has not conducted any activity. Also company has not filed any return in ROC since then till today. Moreover, its director have not taken DIN and had not made any compliciance since then.Directors r not directors in any other company.Now they want to resume company...wht is option available so that cost is minimum and they do not have to face any prosecution ( Note : Company had not conducted any AGM since 2004. In short it was as good as closed)... Directors do not want to enter into fast track exit scheme since company own some non transferrable intangible asssets

08 August 2013 If company 'master data' shows the 'status' of the company as 'dormant', then follow the procedure to revive the company.

a) DIN may be obtained.
b) DSC may be obtained for the Mg. Director.
c) Audit may be completed for pending financial years.
d) Form -61 may be e-filed. A detailed application supported by a notarized affidavit shall form an attachment to the said form
e) ROC may grand 21 days time to update the pending 'annual filing' of documents.
f) If complied with in that time and upon the approval of the filed forms ,the status will change to 'ACTIVE'.
