I FILED ORIGINAL ST3 DT.21.12.11 NOW I WANT TO REVISED THIS RETURN BUT WHEN I UPLOAD IT SHOWS THAT REVISED RETURN NOT FILED BEFORE 90 DAYS FROM SUBMITTING THE ORIGINAL RETURN

Yes. Service tax return cannot revise beyond 90 days from the date of original return filed
