Dear Sir,
I have filed ITR 1 for the A.Y 2011-12 on dt 17-12-2011 in which TDS is short claimed by rs. 1350/- now I want to file revised return. plz guide

You can not file revised return since you had filed belated return. Return filed u/s 139(4) can not be revised u/s 139(5).
Dont worry if forgot to claim the amount but this amount is there is your Tax Credit Statement 26AS then you will get its credit. Just wait for your intimation.

if you not get the total tax credit you can file rectification after getting intimation.
