my issue is:
with the revision of income tax return of proprietorship concern whether i have to revise my audit report...

11 November 2011 Audit report is in respect of audit of ACCOUNTS and not the Income Tax Return.

If the revision in the return is on account of revision of the audited accounts, only then the question of revising the audit report arises.

Generally, revision of audit report is allowed if the audited accounts have not been circulated.

Kindly refer the Guidance Note issued by ICAI in this regard for detailed information.
