27 July 2012 Assume, one Company has filed Form-23AC to Registrar of Companies on 31st March, 2011. After some time, raise question or query by Board of Directors and in that case the Balance sheet are revised and further the Revised Balance sheet can file ROC but the same cannot and query raise "THE SAME BE FILED TO ROC ON 31.3.2011 AND CHALAN NO THIS...."

PLEASE HELP IN THIS MATTER..

Once you have filed the Form-23AC, ACA and 20B, can not be filed revised forms. The MCA wil not accept such revised forms.

not any grounds for filingthe same balance sheet and profit and loss account of any company..
