Hello,
my query is whether credit of service tax paid in RCM is available if service provider is in abatement scheme or the condition of abatement, that CENVAT cannot be availed, will restrict utilisation of such credit and whether service tax paid under RCM is covered under CENVAT.
please surely reply.

Service tax paid under RCM is covered under CENVAT and no restriction if service provider is in abatement.
