Can you please share any recent case law on applicability of rent a cab reverse charge mechanism. In case where taxi/cab services are being taken by the company’s staff for its official duties and official tours.

under the reverse charge system the service recipient are liable to pay service tax vide notification no. 30/2012-ST.
