Reverse charge applicable for manpower supply for company?

Can a company avail 75% abatement in Man power supply services and Charge only 25% of service tax ??

02 October 2015 No. From 1-3-2015 full reverse charge applies to the service receiver.

02 October 2015 But sir even before 1.3.2015 can a company claim this abatement, I think it is only applicable for individual huf aop and firms not for companies.

03 October 2015 If service provider is company, they can't avail RCM before 1-3-2015.
