MY CLINT HAS PAID ROC FEES RS. 33,000 TOWARDS INCREASE IN AUTHORISED CAPITAL.
WHETHER THIS EXPENSES IS ALLOWABLE AS REVENUE EXPENDITURE OR ANY OTHER TREATMENT ?

as per companies act you have both options, but as per income tax act if u have transferred to profit and loss account then same shall be disallowed.
