25 February 2012 Dear Sir,

We filed nil return of service tax half yearly as on 31/10/2011 for the year 2011-12,now i found we forgot 3 entry service tax paymnet now we paid service tax & want to revice return is it possible.

25 February 2012 you cannot revise the service tax return now. since the time already crossed 90 days,so cant revise now. need to be add in the current period return

25 February 2012 sir in our other company we have filed service tax return as on 23/12/2011 & nw we want to revice than in this case possible

25 February 2012 yes. it is possible still 90 days time not over in your return filed on 23/12/2011
