DEAR SIR MAY CLIENTS CAN FILE RETURN AY 16-17 INTHIS YEAR OR NOT,HE -CAN FILE NIL RETURN OR NOT. AND IF HE FILE RETURN AY -17-18 ON DECEMBER WHAT PANALTY SHOULD PAY.

ay16-17 can file but it will come under belated return. AO may impose penalty for late filling return.. In regards of AY 17-18 , all tax shall be paid before due date and after tha you can file without penalty...
