Any one suggets me , can i file the return of minor. The sources of income is gifted income.

First of all, there is no restriction of allotment of PAN to a Minor.
PAN can be obtained by a Minor also.
You can file the return of a minor.
But the gift is exempt u/s Sec.56(2), so need to file in that case.
