15 November 2010 But As Per Dr D K Jain's Ready Reckoner It Should Be Filed. He Says There is no
Specific Exemption From Filing of Form 2 on Issuance of Shares to the Subscribers to the MOA/AOA. Therefore, it is Advisable to File Same As Per Requirement of Section 75 of The Companies Act, 1956.Others Views Are Welcomed.

15 November 2010 Once a new company is incorporated the paid up capital of the company deems to be Rs. 100,000/- and the same can be verified by company master data available with MCA. So there is no need to file. If you wish you can file.
