If there is refund due to TDS or Advance tax then whether belated return can be filed for FY 12-13 & 13-14 now.

you write a letter to the concerned CIT, asking for the permission.

You have to write condonation of delay within six years from the end of assessment year in respect which the return is to be filled to concerned authority.

After getting permission then i can file return online or have to file offline........I also wanted some common reasons for which such kind of permission is given by CIT........
