19 January 2012 SIR i Haven't filed my Income Tax Return For AY 2011-12 Till date and now i m willing to file my return for the said assessment year. I wanted to know that can i get the refund of TDS deducted for AY 2011-12 after filing of such late return.

19 January 2012 The time limit for filing return for AY 11-12 is 31.03.2013. But it is advisable to file the return upto 31.03.2012 to avoid penalty.

Further, you will surely get the refund.

So go ahead and file the return.
