Dear Sir,
My Clints is a Ast. prof. of medical college and doing business as well. His business income are Rs.34,50,199/- and salary income are Rs.14,51,400/-. Are his income requiere audit or not?

Audit not required. But he is required to maintain books of accounts. Return to be filed in ITR4. However, if the business is eligible for 44AD, then he can offer income at 8% and books won't be required.
