Dear friends,
One of our client is having a huge TDS deducted in FY 2008-09 ie., AY 2009-10. But he cannot file his IT return since the time has lapsed. Is there any chances for condonement of delay to file the return now.
Please clarify.

Seek direction from the commissioner of income tax under section 119 of the Income tax Act,1961 to file the time barred return of income.
