Dear Sir,
I have file Income Tax Return A.Y. 2009-10 on 31/03/2011 as taxable income after rebate claim tax is nil, but I someone told me that Income Tax Dept. raised you panelty Rs. 5000.00 for same A.Y. 2009-10.
What we should do now.
