29 December 2017 The income tax return for the year 2016-2017 was filed on 03 March 2017,But CPC Bangalore has given INVALIDATed , now I can file that return back. He will not have any penalties or let me live like this

Your above said year is AY 2016-17...?
If yes, then you can file ITR - Belated return u/s 139(4)....

As per my view no more penalties except Interest u/s 234...
Also the Penalty of Rs 5,000 may be charged. The penalty is not levied in all cases and depends upon the circumstances of the case
