Retrive token information against qtrly return

We hv submitted quarterly 24Q & 26Q returns as per procedure but token number related deductor's slips are destroyed by fire along with other few documents.
now , how we will retrieve token number & deductor's information from NSDL to download form 16 & 16 A from website ?
Is there any mail id of nsdl to give this type of customer support ?
Please help....
