07 August 2015 Sir someone has purchased a residential plot in july2015 which is in the name of a private company. it has three directors. now at the time of registry he is giving us a resolution copy in which others directors authorize him to sale the plot.but the date of resolution is of 1st March 2015. they are three brothers. out of three one is residing in Australia. we have a doubt now.how will we check whether the document is genuine or not.plz help

You can view the details of the company directors by going to the link"View Signatory Details" in the portal www.mca.gov.in.

Further , if you want the know the change in board that has taken place, you have to inspect the documents of the company through the link "View Public Documents" in the MCA portal by paying an inspection fee of Rs.100/-
