20 January 2011 pls let me know how to reset my IT Password for efiling my IT return . The case is that i forgot my password and answer to the secret question required to Reset my password.I am going to e-file for the first time

we have sent an email to the income tax dept., there is no reply to the same.
If there is any way to get out of the menace, please let me know
