15 March 2009 CT-3 is required only when goods are being sent to a warehouse (100% EOU in general). To supply for deemed export, you dont need any document as supply will be made after payment of duty. After supplying the goods on payment of duty, you can claim refund of terminal excise duty paid from DGFT.
