Can any body suggest me how to prepare for auditing and if possible please provide me the soft copy of my material.

You need to refer basic concepts of auditing and auditor with related Sections of the companies Act, Auditor duties and responsibilites under the Companies Act. and you should have good knowlegde in Standard Auditing Practice and Accounting Standards
