Representative Assessee to file ITR

One of my client was died last year i.e. during 2009-10. On her income, TDS has been deducted by bank. Can her husband can file ITR for A.y. 2010-11 on her behalf and can claim TDS.

Yes he can file her ITR as representative assessee and claim TDS.
