dear sir,
please tell me which of two statement is correct ??
(a)IF A LAW AFFECTS FREEDOM TO TRADE , COMMERCE & INTERCOURSE IS VIOLATED.
(b) if a law directly & immediately restricts the flow of trade commerce and intercourse.
sir, i m awaiting reply the above mentioned query.........

As per Article 19(1)g
