12 December 2016 Hello, a building is in name of 3 persons but TDS is coming to one person Pan Card. The tenant took only Pan card of one person. How to show income of two persons whose TDS is not on record. These persons are not interested to form a firm or AOP or Body of individuals. kindly reply with example.

12 December 2016 In this case you have to check whether property is registered in all the three persons and all of them have been name in rent agreement and rent is paid to all the three seperately. If tds is deducted in pan of one landlord you can request the tenant to revise its quartely tds return or you can file the return of all the three landlords claiming refund in one person hands and latter he will issue the cheque to other landlord for its share of tds.
