My rental agreement is between me and landlord. but rent is transferred to his wife. For claiming HRA exemption, whose PAN card copy I should produce - Landlord's or his wife's?
Pl. clarify me.

you should produce that person pan who is actual party to agreement on record so give landlords pan even if rent is trnaferred to his wife.
