My Client always giving charitable building on Rent.What Type of Charges attached with Rent not to attract Service Tax Liability

Post 1.7.2012, charitable institutions are only exempt for activities specified which does not include rent.
However renting of precincts of religious place meant for general public is exempted.
It appears that in your case it would be liable if the 10 lakhs limit is exceeded.
