I have purchase DG set for given on rent so can. I take credit 50%or100% can I make service tax bill. pl. guidendence

If you have puchase the DG set then you can take the cenvat credit on 50% now and another balance in next financial year. If you have hire on rent then take the 100% credit of service tax.
