09 August 2015 I have been given for Rent and the Tenant person is asking PAN number? Should I give PAN number or Not?

09 August 2015 Yes you should give your PAN. Otherwise in case TDS is attracted, the TDS may be deducted @20% instead of 10%. So do give your PAN.
