Dear sir,
We have a trust registered us 80G valid for the period 1-4-208 to 31-3-2011.
I have heard that it is not need for reneal of the certifiate hence forth.
Please guide on the matter.

Yes..
From the AY 2010-11 , if any trust is already holding the recognition for 80G it need not be renewed even if the earlier given is for a sepcific time.
It is deemed that it is for the life time.
